About the role
In charge for providing full support to the sales team in day to day transactions for smooth execution of sales operations.
Policies & Procedures
- Recommend improvements to departmental policy and support in theimplementation of procedures and controls
- Ensure proper implementation and control of group policies and procedures
Sales Support
- Prepare quotations for customers and follow up
- Expedite the deliveries from suppliers to customers and update the status of
- the order i.e. delivery status report to customer
- Interact with customers in the operational level
- Respond to customer queries and handle commercial issues with customers
- such as pricing
- Prepare delivery note and invoices
- Enter order in system PO/GO addition and deletion in PO’s
- Coordinate with Head Office Procurement function for receiving international
- shipments
- Assist Branch Manager in preparation of annual inventory and capital
- expenditure
- Plan, coordinate and control the daily correspondence
- Compose and type routine correspondence
- Document every quotation and correspondence in respective files
- Report results and unusual situations to Sales Team Lead

Perform other job related projects and/or assignments that he/she might be asked to do by his/her direct supervisor/manager for special assistance that are often not mentioned in this job description as they arise under specific circumstances
